The service includes:
- Scanning and contour cutting: Our laser system automatically recognizes printed markers and design contours on the fabric, cutting out the pieces with millimeter precision.
- Thermal sealing of the ends: During cutting, the laser beam melts and seals the fibers of synthetic fabrics. This prevents the fabric from fraying later and facilitates the sewing process.
